Many people haven't heard of Mauricio Gomes, but he should be much more well known. Not only is he a Brazilian jiu jitsu coral belt and one of only six people to have been awarded the black belt by the legendary Rolls Gracie, but he is also the father of the GOAT, Roger Gracie.
Mauricio is famous in the jiu-jitsu community for his knee-on-belly (which should perhaps be called knee-on-chest). Many consider him to be the finest teacher and practitioner of this position in the world. He has recently released a series of four videos explaining the key details that make his knee-on-belly so devastating.
